Northboro Senior Center Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group is for all people living with diabetes, as well as family members, friends, and care givers who want to know more about this serious disease that has become an epidemic. The group meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 1 pm in the Senior Center. There are no meetings in July and Aug.  Very often we have guest speakers who talk about all things diabetes. We discuss diabetes management methods and techniques and ways for controlling blood sugar. Its people with diabetes helping people with diabetes. Meetings for Feb and Mar have been postponed while the Leader/Facilitator recovers and rehabs at home from a broken  hip after a fall on ice. Its expected that meetings for Apr, May, and Jun will be held as scheduled on the last Tues of the month. Contact the Northboro Senior Center for latest information.
