Mission:

The mission of the Manlius library is to serve as a community center providing free and equal access to cultural, intellectual and informational resources for community members of all ages.

Vision:

The Manlius Library Board of Trustees and Staff envision a future in which the Library's collections, programs and leadership continue to ensure:

- That community residents of all ages are welcomed and encouraged to make use of the Library for a wide variety of purposes
- That library users find the information and entertainment resources they want and need with efficient, helpful and friendly assistance from library staff
- That current technologies, and assistance in their use, are available for use by the community
- That community groups actively use the library facility as a gathering and meeting place
- That programs that appeal to a variety of age groups are made available and promoted by the Library on a frequent basis.
