The Heuvelton Library was established in Augest, 1912,by the ladies of the Heuvelton University Extension Club.The Purpose was to have a library that the public could come to without paying a dee. In 1931 the library purchased building to house the collection of books.Heuvelton became part of the Regional library System in 1948.Mrs.Winona C.Allen bequested a sum of money for the purposeof building and maintaining a new Library
