As part of our ongoing commitment to your well-being and empowerment, we present the Brain Health Series taking place throughout the month of June. We'll release a new video every Tuesday this month!

Lori Stanton, Program Director for the Oregon & SW Washington Alzheimer's Association, shares insights on two fundamental pillars of brain health: Eating Right and Ongoing Exercise.
