11:11am - Ceremony begins in The Finish Line Show Lounge

- Presentation of Colors – Polk County Sheriff Office Color Guard

- National Anthem – Riley Houde

- Pledge of Allegiance – American Legion

- Remarks from Prairie Meadows Leadership and Polk County – Gary Palmer, President/CEO of Prairie Meadows, and Angela Connolly

- Main Program – Clayton Garcia

- Congressional Members – Brian Lohse and Nate Boulton

- Closing Remarks – Gary Palmer and Angela Connolly

- Band and Dance in Finish Line Show Lounge from 1PM to 4PM
