About the Event

Join us for our annual New Year’s Eve Beer Dinner! Delight in a four-course beer and dinner pairing crafted in-house by our team of Chefs! There will be prizes raffled off throughout the night including our Artist Series Snowboard!

The Farm House at Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton, CO 80120

5:30pm Doors Open

6pm Seated for dinner

Beer Dinner Menu:

1st COURSE
Grilled asparagus salad with charred leeks, roasted pine nuts, dates, goat cheese and a champagne vinaigrette
BEER: Avalanche Amber Ale

2nd COURSE
Crab Bisque served with a crab cheese egg roll, charred fennel and tarragon oil
BEER: Funslinger Lager

3rd COURSE
Tenderloin Filet with a roasted shallot Dijon Demi and sweet pickled Piperade, Herbed loins main cake with rocket sage pesto, Fondant potato
BEER: Christmas Ale

4th COURSE
Pastry cream smores éclair with toasted meringue
