A holistic approach to establishing healthy habits to lose weight and improve overall health. Taught by a registered Dietitian and exercise specialist. Includes individualized meal and exercise plans, fast and easy meal ideas, food label reading and understanding, stress management, sleep improvement and life balance. A free support group is available after completion of course.
