About the Event
Experience an invigorating Get Fit: Your Path to Wellness exercise class tailored exclusively for people aged 50 and above. In just 45 minutes, you'll embark on a fitness journey designed to enhance your vitality and overall well-being.
Our seasoned instructor from SSP Wellness Center will lead two engaging Get Fit sessions (the second is on June 4) that combine cardio, strength and flexibility exercises and can be modified for all fitness levels. Rediscover your strength, boost your energy and improve your mobility while enjoying the company of like-minded peers!
We’ll also introduce you to a treasure trove of workout videos from fitness experts at AARP. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
