Live Your Creative Life: A Yoga Workshop To Spark Your Creativity

About the Event

This class combines gentle yoga practices with creative exercises intended to clear obstacles from our paths and reconnect us to our intuition. The yoga practice consists of gentle movement, guided breathwork, and meditation, all geared toward opening and aligning the heart, mind, and intuitive self. Short, fun activities between these practices will help you understand where and why your creativity is stuck, spark Aha moments that lead to breakthroughs, and plant internal seeds of change that can enable you to live the creative life of which you have dreamed. No yoga experience is needed for this workshop.

The physical practice will consist of gentle movements while lying on your back on blanket-covered mats. These movements can also be done sitting in a chair if getting up and down from the floor is a concern.

Please bring a yoga mat and one or two blankets or towels for the floor practice and sitting, as we are unable to provide those for you. (Chairs will be provided). No other yoga props are needed.

For the creative exercises, please bring a notebook or journal and pen so that you can jot down insights and ideas that arise.
