About the Event
A traditional Klamath celebration of the Season
Since 1984, the Klamath Snowflake Festival ushers in the Christmas season with more than two weeks of events. All are presented by non-profit and for-profit groups. These events unite our community with entertainment and activities highlighted by the Snowflake Parade. There’s something for everyone during this family-friendly, fun-filled time!
We are a 40-Year Community Tradition
Christmas is a magic time! Come ring in the season with the 2024 Klamath Snowflake Festival–two glorious weeks of yuletide cheer. Many Born-and-Bred-Basinites hold fond childhood memories of bundling up from head-to-toe and venturing out into the crisp night air to partake of the Snowflake festivities: sipping steamy cocoa that mom poured from a thermos while eagerly waiting for the parade to start, gathering together with friends to watch the city’s tree lighting ceremony and enjoying musical celebrations and seasonal craft displays, such as the gingerbread house contest. It’s time once again to enjoy the fun and share the experience, making special memories with new generations!
