This month, learn how to make Pastel de Elote or sweet corn cake, and discover the rich history of maize from its origins in Mexico thousands of years ago to its place on our tables today. Chef and historian Maite Gomez-Rejon will lead the class and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions throughout the event.
