Celebrate Independence Day In Your Community With A Host Of Activities For The Whole Family To Enjoy! Each Year, Montgomery Village Hosts A 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run On The Sunday Closest To July 4 And A Parade And Family Festivities On July 4.

Parade

9 A.M. Registration, 9:30 A.M. Judging, 10 A.M. Start!
The Parade Will Feature Fire Engines, Classic Cars, Community Groups, Eye-Catching Mascots And Floats, Music And More! You Can Find A Curbside Seat And Enjoy Your Hometown Parade! Participants Register And Line Up In The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints Parking Lot, 20020 Montgomery Village Avenue.

Immediately Following The Parade, 10:45 A.M.
The Celebration Starts With Some Great Live Music From 45 Rpm! During A Short Break, The Mvf Board President Will Officially Open The Event And Announce Parade Contest Winners.

Yard Games, Carnival Rides, Crafts, Festival Food And Concerts
11 A.M. To 1:30 P.M.
After The Parade, Enjoy A Fun-Filled Celebration At The Apple Ridge Recreation Area. Highlights Include Wrecking Ball Carnival Ride, Wind Winder Ride, Klime Wallz, A Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Yard Games And More. A Variety Of Food Choices Will Be For Sale. Also, Great Music Provided By The Montgomery Village Community Band From Noon To 1 P.M.
