Danish Festival

About the Event

​​Our Danish Heritage is what truly brings our community together for the festival weekend. A Grand Marshal celebration, Danish Dash 5k run and fun run, and official Danish Breakfast all provide an opportunity for those in our community to truly “Be a Dane for a Day.”

8:30 am: Kid’s 1/2 Mile Fun Run    Baldwin Heights Elementary School
9:00am-4:00pm: Kringle Sales at Danish Cultural Center - Danish Cultural Center
9:00am-4:00pm: Museum Open at Danish Cultural Center - Danish Cultural Center
9:00am-4:30pm: Closed during Parade - Fighting Falcon Museum Tours - Fighting Falcon Military Museum
9:00am-5:00pm: Used Book Sale and Bake Sale - Flat River Community Library
9:00am-6:00pm: Artisan Fair and Boutique and Food Court- Lafayette Street
9:00am-8:00pm: DF-WAN MarketPlace and Food Court - Veterans Park
10:00am-4:00pm: Bounce House - HCA Park- corner of Lafayette and Montcalm St.
