In this interactive series, we’ll demonstrate five foundational cooking skills to help answer the most important question of the day, “What’s for dinner?”
Using everyday ingredients and basic kitchen tools, you’ll learn to create meals that save time and money while delighting your taste buds.
In Week 4: Sauté, chef Sandra Lewis will demonstrate how to transform your vegetables with sautéing, making them flavorful and enjoyable.
You’ll learn:
- The proper sauté technique
- Salt’s central role in seasoning food
- How to use acid to enliven the natural flavor of any vegetable
