This week's dish is Goat Cheese and Pistachio Salad with Herb Vinaigrette - the flavor of spring on a plate! We’ll make the fresh herb vinaigrette as well as the salad. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
Our instructor, Chef Sandra Lewis, is an entertaining and inspiring chef and speaker classically trained in French cuisine.
