Start your day with a gentle, energizing session designed to wake up your body and boost circulation. This seven-week class focuses on fluid movement & joint mobility, to improve range of motion and prepare your muscles for the day ahead. Expect dynamic stretches, controlled movements, and breath-led exercises that leave you feeling refreshed, loose, and ready to move with ease.
Class ends with a gentle, grounding meditation that guides you into the present moment with awareness and curiosity. Breath awareness, body scanning, and observing thoughts without judgment will help you learn to cultivate calm, reduce stress, and build a deeper connection to yourself.
