The workout series occurs every Wednesday at 2 p.m. CT, from August 7 through August 28. Registration is required here.
By signing up to participate in the Healthy Body Series: Latin Dance Workout program to be held on August 7 through August 28 (“Program”), I agree that: this waiver of liability shall cover my participation in the Program for all of the 2024 calendar year and that I am physically capable of participating in the Program.
