Our Summer Nutrition & Cooking Series focuses on how to plan and prepare healthy summer meals for one.
In the second of three, one-hour sessions, registered dietitian Cindy Silver will discuss the challenges and rewards of cooking for one. From her kitchen, she’ll take you step-by-step through the process of stocking up the kitchen with healthy and seasonal ingredients and combining them into quick, cool meals that are within a modest budget.
