About the Event
Join our “Step Into Joy” line dancing classes to get your heart rate up and have fun! Today, we’ll practice funky walks and soulful slides set to the smooth sounds of ‘80s funk and soul. This session promises nostalgia and enjoyable rhythms while enhancing coordination and flow. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
