Balance & Mobility, In-person, Every Other Saturday This 45-minute class, guided by Judith, is essential to functional fitness and strength training. Good balance helps prevent falls and injury and makes daily activities easier. Maintaining balance is a complex task that requires coordination from your muscles, tendons, bones, eyes, ears, and brain. Balance & Mobility class is low impact and designed to help you improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and endurance—beginner to intermediate. Equipment - Yoga mat, bands, weights (no more than 2 lbs.), but all exercises can be done without equipment except for Yoga mat.
