About the Event
This virtual workshop on resilience is part of an ongoing seminar offering a safe space for learning, listening, and sharing. The goal is to develop resilience strategies and coping skills to help you handle life’s challenges, bounce back from disappointments, and boost overall wellness.
Our focus in July is mindful awareness, addressing resilience skills to help us acknowledge where we struggle, how it affects us, and practices to direct our attention to improve our situation, or our response to the moment.
These gatherings are about live interaction and supportive small group discussion; cameras are always optional. You’ll also get an introduction to mindfulness practices, along with exercises to hone your skills.
