In this interactive in-person workshop, we'll provide strategies you can use to eat healthy as you age and share some delicious recipes!
We’ll discuss:
- key nutrients to consider including in your diet
- how to identify nutrient-dense foods
- ways to avoid dehydration
- how to make healthy food choices
- how eating healthy will help you feel better and maintain your independence.

Presenter:
Amber Webb is a Colorado State University Extension Family & Consumer Sciences Specialist in Larimer County. She has specialized in food preservation, home consumer food safety and community nutrition since 2016. Amber holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Food Science & Human Nutrition from Colorado State University as well as a graduate degree in Food Studies from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
