About the Event
Join AARP Vermont and The Alzheimer’s Association, Vermont Chapter for the final class in a five-part series designed to support caregivers navigating the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease. This series will provide practical answers to common questions and concerns, empowering caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need.
In this fifth and final class, we will examine how to best prepare for future care decisions and changes, including respite care, resident care, and end-of-life care.
