About the Event
Join certified yoga therapy instructor Cat Sawai for a three-part virtual strength training series using dynamic tension techniques to build strength in your upper and lower body, hands and ankles. Dynamic tension involves flexing your muscles while moving through a range of motion so that you create resistance to the movement.
Weights are not needed — just your breath, body and intention. Learn how to balance your energy and focus your mind as you strengthen your body through seated exercises. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
