Wellness coach and certified personal trainer Jara Clark will engage participants in a discussion of how to create a healthy lifestyle that includes movement, nutrition, self-care and mindfulness practices. The art of healthy living encourages a holistic approach to wellness focusing on the mind-body connection as key to living a vibrant and fulfilling life.
