Maximize daily movements for back pain relief with strength and mobility.
This is the fourth and final class of a four-part Mindful Movement series. We will focus on maximizing daily movements for back pain relief with strength and mobility.
About the Event
Join us as we integrate the concepts from the first three sessions into more complex movements. With various levels of challenge, there's something for everyone. We'll focus on strength, stability, and mobility to maximize each exercise and apply these movements to your daily life. You can expect a better understanding of how to complete daily activities and general exercise for strengthening your entire body for efficient progress and long-term results. We will dive a bit deeper into how much different areas of the body are connected so that you can get the most out of every move, as well as common mistakes that may add to discomfort when applying more complex movements.
The class is facilitated by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and health coach, a fitness nutrition specialist, and a specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics
Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. Ultimately, anything discussed in these classes should not cause pain. If you do move in an unexpectedly painful way, stop immediately and rest as needed.
Style of Class: Full body movement and real-life application. Note this is not an exercise class.
We recommend you sign up for all the classes in this series. To review the class details and sign up, go to our Mindful Movement event landing page.
