About the Event
Explore the anatomy and function of your hips and hip pain causes in this empowering four-week series designed to improve balance, mobility and pain management.
In the first class, we'll dive into the structure of the hip and how it connects with the rest of the body. Learn about common types of hip pain, their causes, and tools and professionals you can consult for support on your movement journey.
The class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Classes will incorporate some guided movement; please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
