About the Event
Rise and shine! It’s time to kick off your Saturday with an electrifying Zumba workout! This energizing virtual exercise class will introduce you to the fun and fitness benefits of Zumba, a dance workout mixing low- and higher-intensity moves set to Latin and World rhythms that is bound to get you smiling.
If you need an extra challenge, you can add light weights to your workout. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
