This low-impact class blends traditional kung fu forms with tai chi-inspired motion to improve balance, flexibility, mental focus and posture.
Moderate to fast-flowing movements support joint health while building strength and confidence with basic self-defense techniques.
The class includes a warm-up, technique practice, short kung fu forms and a calming cooldown with movements that can be done while standing.
