Enjoy a great workout at home starting with a warmup, moving on to strength and cardio training and finishing with a cooldown stretch.
About the Event
Join us to develop your strength for performing everyday activities. This session includes four to five circuit rounds that alternate between strength and cardio, starts with a warmup and ends with stretching during a cooldown period.
You can use the weights you have at home or, if you don’t have dumbbells, soup cans and water bottles work too. If you’re new to strength training, you can begin with no weights at all. All fitness levels are welcome.
