Want to improve your strength, flexibility and balance so it becomes easier to perform your everyday activities? Join instructor Robin Bush for this low-impact functional fitness class designed to help you build strength in muscle groups that apply to daily movements such as walking and squatting rather than isolate individual muscles.
We’ll use small dumbbells (or household items) to build muscle and improve mobility. Whether performed seated or standing, these exercises will help keep you feeling strong and steady.
Classes take place every Thursday in May. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
