Boost your brain health with activities, music and new friends!

Join AARP Virginia and Fredericksburg Parks and Recs for a night of fun and games at the Dorothy Hart Community Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Meet new people and challenge yourself with new games and activities. We will have music and games in the large activity room and an opportunity for you to learn about the 6 Pillars of Brain Health in the smaller classroom. Light refreshments will be served.
