About the Event
Join AARP Vermont for a floor-based practice designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of the “core” and build strength through a solid foundation in movement—all while improving mobility and flexibility.
This interactive class combines breathwork with torso-focused exercises to enhance posture, reduce pain, and strengthen your mind–muscle connection—all from your mat. Perfect for anyone seeking a safe, effective way to stay active and strong.
The class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
What to Bring: an exercise or yoga mat.
Optional Tools: yoga block or pillow, light weights, resistance bands, exercise ball, and a full-length mirror.
