About the Event
Suited for all fitness and experience levels, our seated exercise class focuses on flexibility and relaxation. Master tai chi instructor Mitchell Menik will guide participants through a range of gentle movements in a seated position to promote mindful connection with the body and gentle strength training.
Menik is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) group fitness instructor, an ACE senior fitness specialist, an ACE orthopedic exercise specialist, and an American tai chi and Qigong Association certified master instructor.
How to Join
