AARP Hearing Center
We’ll use gentle, guided movement to investigate our hip mobility and strength and develop awareness of healthy movement patterns.
About the Event
Explore the anatomy and function of your hips in this empowering four-part series designed to improve balance, mobility and pain management.
In the second class, engage in gentle, guided movement to explore and build awareness of how your hip joint functions in practice. The aim is to begin to identify common compensations you’re making, laying a foundation for understanding and safely substituting healthy movement patterns in future sessions.
Class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
Each class builds on the last, so register for all!
