About the Event
Join AARP Vermont for the dynamic second class in our Mindful Movement Mondays series on back pain relief. It focuses on core strength, pelvic stability and hip mobility exercises that can help you move with less discomfort.
The class, led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics, can be helpful to anyone dealing with a lack of core strength, any type of back pain (everything is connected!), hip pain and hamstring tightness.
Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. To maximize your experience, consider bringing a block or pillow.
