About the Event
Join Jill for a welcoming and accessible yoga class designed to improve joint health, enhance flexibility and support balance. This gentle session for all experience levels incorporates seated and standing postures using a chair for stability.
Each session includes:
- Gentle, joint-friendly yoga to support movement, flexibility and stability
- Mindful breathwork to enhance relaxation and overall well-being
- Stretching and mobility exercises designed for comfort and ease
- A calming, supportive atmosphere to recharge and connect with others
- An uplifting reading to carry a sense of peace through your day
