What is slow flow yoga? It’s characterized by the gentle poses, slower pace and breathwork of our Slow Flow Yoga: Embrace Your Inner Harmony class, which can help you gain greater serenity and a stronger mind-body connection.
Slow flow yoga is designed to help participants at all levels increase flexibility, release tension and gain inner peace. Led by an instructor from SSP Wellness Center, this class can help you embrace inner harmony, re-center and start on a path toward holistic well-being.
