About the Event
Our 30-minute virtual Happy Hips Belly Dance class is for anyone who wants to gently and gradually increase their cardio function, improve mobility and balance, tone their core muscles and have fun at the same time.
Instructor Maria Amaya will introduce proper belly dance techniques and how belly dance can help you reach your fitness goals.
