About the Event
Do you often find yourself searching for creative and delicious breakfast ideas? Cookbook author and clean-eating advocate Terry Walters will share several solutions to that dilemma. Watch or cook along as she demonstrates how to prepare Loaded Chia Pudding, My Favorite Antioxidant-Rich Smoothie, Old Faithful, and No-Bake Superfood Squares. All these breakfast recipes are vegan and gluten free.
A shopping list and instructions will be sent to registrants in advance, but you can also download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
Terry is at the forefront of the clean cooking and clean eating lifestyle movement, which emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods.
