Join us for a lesson on fermented foods, good sources of probiotics. We’ll learn how to make tasty variations of homemade sauerkraut and home-fermented hot sauce.
About the Event
Come take a deep dive into fermented foods, good sources of probiotics and beneficial in other ways, too. Cookbook author Terry Walters will teach us how to make sauerkraut, including variations guaranteed to spice up your mealtimes.
We’ll also prepare home-fermented Pineapple Hot Sauce, fine-tuned to a preferred level of heat (or not) and guaranteed to become your favorite condiment. If you like, you can download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
All recipes are vegan, gluten-free, easy, delicious and guaranteed to satisfy and support good gut health.
