This dish features a rich variety of vegetables, including cucumbers, carrots, scallions, bean sprouts and mushrooms, all topped with a flavorful Gochujang sauce, a staple in Korean cuisine. Preparing these vegetables will serve as practice in how to use knives for safe and easy preparation.
