Experience serenity and art during this tranquil walk.
About the Event
Outside Melba, ID, is a wondrous place called Cleo’s Ferry Museum and Nature Trail. It is a one-mile walk, mostly on cement paths, where you can see birdhouses, peacocks, animal sculptures, bronzes, etc. Enjoy being near the Snake River/Walter’s Ferry. There are preserved 1860’s ferry service buildings and a remarkable eclectic collection of outside art. Named after Dr. Samuel Swayne and his wife, Cleo, this easy walk is peaceful and tranquil. You can feed the peacocks and often come upon mule deer.
