Caring for someone with dementia? AARP invites you to join Building Foundations of Caregiving, an educational program by the Alzheimer's Association that covers the role of a caregiver, how to build a support team and ways to manage caregiver stress.

Learn how to support your loved one’s independence while providing the right amount of help. This session covers dementia’s impact on daily life, strategies for assisting with activities, and expert guidance from the Alzheimer’s Association, West Houston Assistance Ministries and AARP.
