Family caregivers provide essential care to loved ones—often without pay, recognition or the support they deserve. Whether you're just starting your caregiving journey or have been doing this for years, we’re here to guide you.
Caring for others starts with caring for yourself. We’ll explore ways to manage stress, build resilience and prioritize your own health and happiness. The session will be presented by Kristin Elberl, a field specialist in health and wellness at the University of New Hampshire’s Cooperative Extension.
