We’ll explore what the latest research has uncovered about the importance of sleep.
About the Event
Sleep is one of the most important but least understood aspects of wellness. Join our virtual workshop to learn what research says about the effect a good night's sleep can have on mental and physical health.
Diane Butera, a master-certified yoga educator, will share the science behind sleep and how restorative movement and breathing, along with guided meditation, can help put you into a state of deep rest and relaxation. Discover how sleep can enrich your ability to learn, memorize and make logical decisions as well as help stave off cancer and Alzheimer's and slow the effects of aging.
To maximize your experience, Diane recommends reading Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker and listening to this episode of the Feel Better, Live More podcast.
