About the Event
Join us for a six-session journey into the science (and joy!) of happiness. We’ll explore simple habits — like gratitude, mindfulness, connection and wonder — that can boost mood, as well as research-backed ways to bring more calm, meaning and joy to life. At the end of each session, you’re invited to join an "after party" breakout room for 30 minutes of sharing around what we're learning and how we're applying it.
