About the Event
Balance Fitness combines safe and effective modern fitness exercises with the ancient flowing movements of qigong (chi gong). Research shows that these practices can improve balance, strength and energy while helping to prevent falls and reduce common health concerns.
By combining the calming and centering effects of qigong with the invigorating benefits of modern fitness exercises, Balance Fitness offers a balanced approach to aging gracefully.
The instructor is Nate Guadagni, who has nearly 20 years of experience working with older adults. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
