In this interactive session, you will learn about the five pillars of brain health, activities that support brain health, and hopefully be inspired by others.
The session is a good overview for anyone interested in learning more about brain health and will provide you with information on the latest research, lifestyle suggestions, and resources.
Registration is required. AARP SD is offering two opportunities to attend this presentation, both on Tuesday, August 13! The information presented will be the same, and you can attend at 10am at Active Generations East or at 1pm at Active Generations Main.
