AARP Rhode Island is pleased to sponsor the 7th Annual Juneteenth RI Festival. Juneteenth celebrates the emancipation and accomplishments of African Americans through art and culture.
Visit the AARP Rhode Island tent and play our “Retire on Target” ax throwing game and win a prize. The activity is designed to share the basics of Medicare and Social Security to help participants be better prepared for their retirement. It’s also designed to help people understand why it’s important to protect both programs.
